The successful implementation of a new brand requires buy-in from the top down. Alt Studios helped Care Initiatives introduce their new brand through a multi-phase approach.
First, we helped determine a new identity. For the Care Initiatives rebranding, Alt Studios conducted a discovery session with the core executive team to gather insights, determine goals and objectives and uncover core brand attributes.
Next, we worked to ensure we would be able to apply the brand across divisions. To include a larger internal audience, we conducted focus group sessions with the leaders of the four divisional groups. We gathered additional perceptions and insights in order to develop a strategic recommendation for the future Care Initiatives brand.
The strategy they presented was perfectly in line with our objectives, and the implementation was well organized at every step of the process. We are very pleased with the outcome and we continue to work with them moving our marketing and promotional strategies forward.
We also knew the importance of garnering feedback from the ground level. A short e-survey for frontline staff helped supplement and validate early focus group work.
Finally, we utilized contributions from all stakeholders to drive the brand strategy and creative. All data collected during the research phase was compiled, analyzed and used to create the final, new brand platform for Care Initiatives.
