Alt Studios helped Care Initiatives, a long-term nursing organization in Iowa, run a Facebook advertising campaign with the objective of driving traffic to their careers page to recruit employees in four separate markets.
- Developed ads. Alt Studios created ads for the Facebook campaign, including copy and photography. Alt Studios constructed ad sets for each market and job type. Additionally, two versions of each ad were designed to test effectiveness.
- Implemented campaign. The ads were launched and scheduled to run for one month. After the first two weeks, we evaluated and adjusted imagery, copy and daily budget accordingly to boost engagement.
- Evaluated results. The overall reach of the campaign totaled 23,366 impressions. There were 506 total interactions, with 327 clicks to the website. Care Initiatives saw a 64% increase in career site traffic during the campaign.
