Alt Studios planned and executed a social media contest giveaway for a new-to-social company, TechProducts360.com. The contest ran on Facebook and LinkedIn for one week, encouraging viewers to follow or like the company page.
- Getting started. TechProducts360.com just started social media as a part of their marketing plan. After helping them set up their company pages and initial posts, we decided to run a social contest to boost visibility.
- Crafted the post. Alt Studios created the graphic and constructed the post copy for best user engagement, based on the platform.
- Measured outcomes. The company’s contest had strong results. There were 742 users that engaged with the Facebook post, 407 turned into post likes. TechProducts360.com received 86 new Facebook page likes in one week’s time. The LinkedIn post received 4,195 impressions, 76 turning into post engagement - increasing LinkedIn followers by 30%.
